Our communities, neighborhoods, local streets and
family homes are all so diverse and unique. We are different genders,
nationalities, ages, we speak different languages, our eyes are different
colours and some of us may have pink hair.
The ‘diverseCITY’ catalogue is an acknowledgement
and a celebration of diversity. By interviewing individuals, taking kiss photos
and collecting personal stories we hope to create awareness for members of
these diverse/minority groups. That may live next door, in your block of flats.
or on your street.
PRIDE IN COLOUR
A new sexuality, sex and gender diverse
multicultural group that is endeavoring to explore diversity within diversity.
This catalogue is our first step acknowledging and empowering individuals within
these minorities. Giving them a voice to promote acceptance and understanding.
